Constance: Like many people (I'm sure), I love food. I love it. Well....to a certain extent. You see I have a love-hate relationship - of the most extreme kind. Almost two years ago, I was diagnosed with an ed. Ana. We are trying - well I am at least - to go our seperate ways. But she seems a bit unhappy at this idea. So this blog is about me: connie. And I guess a bit about ana too. But mostly about making each breath count, because that way....you will have no regrets.
